Why does uploading music always fail?
I have no idea, you are a member since 2014 and already have an approved track so you should be able to upload just fine. Just to be safe, by “fail” you mean you can’t finish the upload process or that your tracks are being rejected?
Thank you. At present, three works have been uploaded, but there is no sales. Is it because the number of my works is too small?
Probably no-one buys your tracks hence 0 sales. Also the market is changing so again 0 sales - most authors are now experiencing low or 0 sales.

Excuse me, how can we improve the sales of our works?
Make them good and making them usable within buyers projects. That is the only way of making a sale - of course making them cheap is also a good way although this is no guarantee of making a sale.
