I got the individual subscription by accident. I need the teams. But the upgrade feature only bills the next cycle so the current subscription is still individual. It doesn’t replace it. I have contacted CS and they have just told me to upgrade without addressing my concern. Thanks
@BenLeong can you help me? If I upgrade does it charge me the individual for a month then teams the second? How do I get it replaced?

For anyone else reading this thread, here’s the update from our support team:
The upgrade from Individual to Team subscriptions is immediate. When you do so (or when you add a new team member) you will see an order summary for the next subscription period, and will be charged for the cost of the additional team member immediately
