Upgrade Warehouse 4.3.9 to 4.5.9

Hi, I’m not sure if I’m in the right forum.
I have Prestashop 1.7.8.11 and Warehouse version 4.3.9.
I want to update to 4.5.9, which is the latest version in the package, but the folders to update in version 4.5.9 are modules and themes. However, in version 4.3.9, I don’t have the themes folder.

How do I update from version 4.3.9 to 4.5.9 with Prestashop 1.7.8.11?
