Updating Theme Issue

Hi, I cannot access my old account because I no longer have the email address associated with that account. I have 2 themes need to be updated but they are linked to that account.

Can I have the themes moved to this account? I still have all the documentation that I received at the time of purchase.

If you still have all the documentation etc. then you should be able to use the purchase code to auto update from the theme itself.

Without that proof of purchase you would need to talk to support but I would expect them to need this to be able to provide access.
