Good afternoon,
I have received an email containing a zip file that I should use to update my website.

I have to admit that I am now scared to update my website because the last update broke it totally and your worker could not help me. I pay someone else to fix it and I do not want it to happen again.

What should I do? No longer update my website anymore or you have hired people who can do their work?
