I followed Envato customer representative instructions, and updated Real Places Theme. I did this through Envato Market plugin. My site lost its demo appearance. Envato does not help unless you pay which is not right as the theme looked good before. Not happy with customer service via email as he did not solve the issue I submitted but did it worse. I wanted help with Submit Property page because it was not working and he advised differently.

You need to contact the theme author as they may offer some help. Otherwise, your options are limited such as:
- You need to restore the backup an earlier state if you have one and avoid updating the theme
- You may get some help from your hosting provider as well ( they may not provide any )
- You need to hire someone to get the problem fix. In case, I have a service at Studio
- You need to find a way to fix the problem by yourself. You can refer the documentation and or ask help from the theme author.
