Updated theme, sticky theme panel, can't do any changes

Hi, I updated my theme Newspaper to the newest version, and now theme panel stucked. I can’t make any changes in the theme menu. I thought that I may activate theme again, but can’t even do that.

Welcome to the forums! Have you tried to contact @tagDiv, the author of Newspaper theme?

I contacted with theme Author. Problem solved, widget was blockin theme panel. Thank You for advice.
