Update wordpress

Good morning. I have purchased the Travelicious - Tour Operator WordPress Theme template. I am unable to upgrade to the latest version of wordpress. It crashes everything and I am forced to reactivate the sisto with the latest backup. I have tried different solutions, but nothing happens.

Make sure the theme is compatible with the WordPress version ( latest ) and/or if your server is, too.

Thank you for your response. Yes they turn out to be compatible with version 6.4.xx and the server is as well

Enable the PHP error log and find the problem. After it should be easy to fix the issue
