Ich habe ein PlugIn für Woocommerce gekauft. Zuesrt war es schwierig PluIn zu registrieren. Ich habe registriert, es wurde mir auch im PlugIn-Dashboard als registriert angezeigt, im WordPress-Admin aber immer als unregistriert. Ich habe dies gemerkt, nachdem ein Update nicht durchführbar war. Dann habe ich mehrfach mit dem Programmierer kommuniziert, der mir dann irgendwann mitteilte, dass ich bei envato ein Tokken erstellen muss. Das habe ich gemacht den Tokken im PlugIn eingegeben und es wurde nun auch im WordPress-Admin als registriert angezeigt. Updates funktionieren aber immer noch nicht. Ich bekomme als Fehlermeldung “Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden.” Es ist schon nervig, die Seiten sind solange ich daran arbeite auf meinem Rechner installiert. Ich muss bei jedem Update das PlugIn deaktivieren und komplett löschen und dann die neue Version herunterladen und wieder installieren. Solange die Seiten noch auf meinem Rechner sind, ist das kein Problem, wenn ich die Seiten dann aber online stelle, wird das zum Problem. Der Programmierer hat mir mitgeteilt, dass für Updates Envato zuständig ist und ich mich mit diesem Problem an die wenden muss. Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?
