Is there any way to see exactly why I am receiving the “updated package not available” message when I try to update a theme via the WordPress Envato Market plugin?

Yes, I have generated and entered an API key.

Yes, I verified that the server settings match the recommended specs.

Yes, I have clicked the button to test the API connection, and it was successful.

I sure would like to know if this is a licensing issue or a server issue, or what.
