Update Impreza on Multisite (WPBakery Problem)

Hi all,

we are Using IMPREZA on a Multisite in Wordpress. Now we want to Update Impreza to 7.12 and it works manuelly, but we need to update WPBakery as well. Currently we cannot generate new sites on our blog.
Where can I find the Updating files for WPBakery, to load them manuelle to the Multisite by FTP ?
After login to WpBakery site, they want us to buy a new licence.
