Hi,

Good day.

When I installed the theme and imported the ​demo content on the site, I encountered an error on the WP Bakery Page builder. I can’t seem to edit the page as it just continuing to load when I used the front end editor. While in the back end the elements or the design of the page is not showing. When I was about to upgrade the plugin, there was an error that says “Update Failed: Error! Envato API error.​”

And I created an API key to the Envato Market but the update is still failed.

Can you please help me regarding this issue? Thank you :slight_smile:

But we purchased it on envato elements and there is no technical support and there’s no way that we can contact the author

Tokens won’t work for Elements. There is no API to receive updates for Elements items, so you won’t be able to use the built-in update feature without buying a license on the Market.

It might be a plugin conflict – try to disable all other plugins and see if it starts working. If it does, slowly enable plugins one by one until you find the culprit.

You can also try researching your issue online.

Unfortunately software can get quite complex so a definitive answer as to what’s going on isn’t quite possible without some debugging.
