I’m having plenty visual error or incongruences between how some thins are set and how they display. And when I try to update de theme in WP says “Download Failed: Envato API did not respond. Either the purchase code is incorrect or the API is temporarily unavailable.”
But I checked the purchase code in envato and it’s correctly associated to the website.
What to do D: (I can’t send a ticket and the code is correct =/ )
Your server might be unable to connect to api.envato.com. Check if your hosting provider is blocking outgoing api requests, as this can prevent communication with Envato’s servers.

If neither, probably your server configurations are blocking the communications with the servers. Check your settings.
