I want to update the Brooklyn theme of my website because of the PHP update.
When I enter my purchasecode, it says it’s connected to another server. I don’t understand what the problem is, as I bought this code last year and it should belong to me (as stated when I bought it).
Can someone help me with this problem so I can update the theme and keep my site running?
