My university word press theme could not install as it is showing the below error:

This error typically occurs when the file you’re uploading to WordPress is larger than the maximum file size allowed by your web server. You have three options - click the links for more details:
- Use the Envato Market plugin to install and update the theme
- Install the theme manually with an FTP client
- Raise the file size limits in your php.ini to be larger than the .zip file you’re uploading (or ask your web host to do this for you)
