What to do when someone is offering to extend support. Their support system is no longer up (https://unionthemes.ticksy.com/), they say they will support via the comments, but they never reply…

This is terrible. The plugin is much needed… But I don’t believe it has been tested with latest version of Wordpress, and I am having issues with it.

Do they not have a responsibility?

How do I notify Envato regarding this. Maybe a warning would wake UnionThemes up.

You can request a refund for extend support fee here.
Also you can open Help ticket at envato customer support and let them know.
