All your files are clean - it might be the misconfiguration of the SSL, but more than likely something on your server - just reading your message now - 2 mins

If this was what a reviewer was getting then it was probably not even checked

okay i’m going to reinstall it again

@charlie4282 thanks mate -

I cleared my cache
I had NEVER visited this URL on Google Chrome so that should not cause an issue
I used Incognito and Firefox Private Browsing.

It doesn’t matter what Namecheap have told you, it matters more what other people who never have visited your URL see.

According to the pages I checked using an online tool, yes the site pages return as SAFE. But I (and @charlie4282 ) don’t live in the same house or use the same computer so there is an issue your server end.

Clearly, it’s a problem they have https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/901/2223/my-ssl-is-installed-why-do-i-get-the-warning-not-secure-in-browsers/

For the price of their ‘popular’ plan, you can get hosting with Siteground with free SSL and CDN etc. I’d move!

can you check it again please

No still not working - get yourself a better host :slight_smile:

The only thing I can think of is are you using nginx caching? If so clear the cache on CPanel and disable it whilst you are testing changes because it could be causing the issue. Otherwise I have no idea why we cannot see your website.

It’s definitely odd: VirusTotal
Not to mention the chances that the likes of BitDefender may be throwing false positives, but this does continue to look like it might be the influence of cheap shared hosting
