Unexpected error on Resubmission

There are two files on resubmission and appear “Unexpected error please contact support”. I wrote to the support they answered “I will forward this to the appropriate staff member/team. We’ll be in touch shortly.” Two days have passed… Nothing,
what to do?

the problem still exist.
any chance for support help? so i think twice for updating footage now…
