Unauthorized when checking out!

Was on my way to check out a HTML-theme but getting Unauthorized when doing this…

Any help would be real nice to solve this ASAP!

I have the same problem AND…

Alsow I have the problem that I can´t submit a request on help center. When I load the page I can see a dropdown for a second but then it disapear. The result is that I can search help center but I can not submit a ticket.

Same problem here : “Unauthorized” to check out (I got a blank page with nothing but the word “Unauthorized”).
Unauthorized to create a support ticket also.

Posting here is the only way I have to beg for your attention.
