Unable to upload files

I have followed all the necessary steps for uploading my audio files. The AJ upload queue shows that I have successfully uploaded my files; a green checkmark appears. I filled out all the required fields. I keep receiving an error message that prompts me to:

Please review the following issues that occurred

** Audio Preview is required*
** Main File(s) is required*

I have done this; the files show they are uploaded and waiting for review.

Please advise.

Check again. The archive with the main track or several versions must be in 7zip formats,
lzarc,
WinZip (Latest version). The preview file must be in strictly mp3 format. Try another browser or use FTP

You have to select the “Audio preview” and “Main File”, there’s a dropdown menu.
