unable to update porto

hello, i’m not able to upfate de porto to the 5.4.4. i’m on the 5.4.2. i have an error ip adress block to spam and /wp-content/themes/porto/js/admin/admin.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

can someone help me. we have a valide licence from july
