I am trying to log in and access my downloads. After I log in anything else I click on immediately logs me out. I’ve tried rebooting, using several different computers and browsers. No I’m not using a VPN.
My account is through google which might have something to do with it, but I have no idea what.
(Non Tech note: To anyone who might actually care, my experience with envato has been pretty lousy. First my account was locked for some weird reason, and it took a day to unlock it. now this. I just want to buy a digital product and download it. I can’t believe there have been so many roadblocks to something that should be so simple and quick!)
