I’m unable to “verify purchase” of LMS theme because when I try to login to WordPress it tells me that the purchase code has already been used for another account.
It’s pretty difficult for that error to be anything other than what it says - are you sure this an original purchase that has not be previously used or installed?
Yes I am. I’ve had this issue since the day I purchased the theme
In which case I’d suggest asking the author using item comments, as no one in these forums is going to be able to see what is happening or how it became registered previously
