Unable to complete order for Subscription

I am trying to subscribe to the Envato Elements Subscription and am unable to complete the transaction. I’ve entered multiple credit cards including Paypal, used different devices, as well as different browsers… Nothing seems to allow the “Complete Order” button.

Please advise

Please make sure you have typed card info not used copy/paste options.
