Sorry, I was not able to find anything on this issue. Or if anyone addressed it, but I’m using the Sorto theme: https://themeforest.net/item/sorto-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/17225800?s_rank=1 and I’m trying to attach a header image inside a category page to appear at the top while the category posts are listed below. I went into the Categories, selected the one I wanted, but the field near the bottom where you attach the header image is inactive. Clicking “choose file” does nothing and I can’t type in an image URL either. I’m a kinda of a newbie. Help? Why would that be inactive?

I’m so sorry for the late response. I just saw this. It got buried and I had to pursue other priorities. I’m tackling a bunch of things at once. Thanks for your help. I’m contacting them now.
