Unable to add products to shopping cart

We are using the Cleayn - Clean & Sleek Woocommerce Theme. Our website is www.telestowatches.com

When we click the add to card button and try to add the products to the cart, it fail. The shopping cart is empty ! Just like the attached photo. Do you guys have any ideas how to fix it?
