I bought some years ago late night a Theme (Kalium) to use it for my Blog, however, after two years I deleted the blog. Now I reopen the blog again, when I tried to use Kalium it says it’s activated for another Domain, after clicking it it says it’s activated for a domain I never heard of? Also the domain is not used at the moment either? I am so confused! Is there a way to fix this?
If it is the same blog site (domain) then you can contact the theme author. Theme author may assist you within their scope. But it is different domain/end product then you have to purchase a new license.
