Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error .

Parse error : syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{’ or ‘$’ in /home/name/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking.php on line 171

Any idea on how to resolve this

This is an error caused by running a very outdated version of PHP. Please upgrade to PHP 7.0 or above. You can ask your web host for help with this.
