UMP subscribers are not being sent to MailChimp.

My developer linked UMP with MailChimp but the subscribers are not being sent to MailChimp. On the same website we connected a test contact form and linked with MailChimp and that is working perfect. But ump registration is not sending subscriber in MailChimp
Any and all advise, that works is greatly appreciated.

My developer conducted her diagnostics across my WordPress site, reviewed the authorization code from CodeCanyon and ran tests on her servers for the functionality of MailChimp and UMP. All seemed to work fine on that end. When she tried on my end the issue prevailed.

Her comments/request - Can you contact UMP support and tell them that we have linked ump with MailChimp but the subscribers are not being sent to MailChimp. On the same website we connected a test contact form and linked with MailChimp and that is working perfectly. But ump registration is not sending subscriber in MailChimp. And only ump can address the answer

Can anyone please help as this is now week two.
