Ultimate Membership Pro email triggers disappeared

Using UMP for over a year now no issues but the last week it’s been flaky with searches not working when Im looking for particular members (I just ignored that!) but now suddenly all my email triggers have disappeared.

They were there last night, I went to look at something else then came back to check something on an email trigger and they have all disappeared. Tried to set up a new one as a test and it doesn’t work either!

Tried to create a support ticket but it won’t let me and says my purchase ID is no longer eligible for support but when I click on “renew support” it won’t let me and says it’s no longer available so Im at a loss.

This plugin controls a LOT of what members have access to on our site as they have different levels of access and it’s membership renewals time so I need to make sure the triggers are right.

Can anyone advise what to do?

Hire someone to figure out the underlying problem then you could take an action to fix it.

Really? It was working and nothing has changed on my site. Ever since the last update on 10th April it’s not been right.

Support is non existent so think Im going to have to ditch it and go to something more reliable!

Better idea to find something else if you’re not willing to hire someone. This is beyond of help, it’s a work.
