Two accounts - both being charged to my account

Hello,
I ended up with two accounts, one was billed and set to expire so I purchased a new one. For the last year, I am being charged for both the new one I bought and the one that expired. Each month my account gets charged twice.

Can you assist.

Subscriptions do not expire - you have to cancel them

Envato Elements Subscription auto-renew each month/year according to your plan until you will not cancel the Subscription.

So… I am still stuck. Cancelled my subscription on one of the memberships. Now I need to sign in to the second account - I have no way to do that. There must be an account but I do not have a username or a password for it.

Any ideas about what to do?
