Trying to purchase juist support for Theme One The Grid

I’ve tried to purchase only support for Theme One’s The Grid since my previous support expired a few months ago.
But when I go to downloads and click ‘renew support now’ I get to the following page:

When I follow the link on the page it brings me to the main page of the plugin but there is no way to buy support only. I really don’t feel for it to buy a new license. Any ideas are welcome.
I’ve found no way to contact the developer directly without a subscription nor do a support request at Envato support. I find this maddening.
