It seems like a purchase code from Envato Elements. Items downloaded from Elements don’t come with technical support. Also don’t share purchase codes

I am almost certain we purchased this theme through here and we are needing support on the theme and the vendor of the theme says that we need to get our support current and we need to come here to do that.
