You can’t do that – enfold.zip is a theme, not a plugin, so you cannot upload it on the plugins page.
If you’re trying to upload the theme, go to Appearance > Themes instead.
If you’re trying to install the plugins recommended by the theme, simply click the link that says “Begin installing plugins” at the top of the page.
