Hello people!
I uploaded an Item yesterday and it was rejected, I had other Items rejected in the past, but this time I can not understand the reason why it happened that way. I was hoping that someone could maybe clarify me about the general policy of Envato in terms of approval or not. Sometimes it seems very abritrary to me.
I would appreciate it if someone can tell me what could be wrong with this item that it wasn’t approved:
I mean I haven’t seen any 3D rendered Genie Lamp on Graphic River and no ones in Bronze and Silver color so I think this is an item that can be useful for clients.
