Hello, I have purchased 6 songs with Mass Reproduction licenses. I paid for them through my own company expecting to have not only billing option, but also option for indicating who will be using the licenses. Now they are registered to my company and actually I am doing business with another company, who I will give the songs to and they will use them for a smartphone game. How can I be sure that they will not get in trouble with the game and these licenses will cover them, not me. I only paid for them, I did not want them for my company. Is it possible to have a line in the contract between my company and the other one saying we are allowing them to use our license?
