I’m just wondering if anyone here uses Panic Coda for their web development and if they might know the answer to this.
I want to uninstall coda from one computer and put it on another computer. In other words I want to transfer my license from one computer to the other. Does anyone know how you do this? I can’t find anything that says unregister or anything in Coda.
I realize I can contact Coda customer support, but was just curious if anyone knew and if it was something simple?
Just uninstall Coda and install it again in the new computer. I think you don’t need to deactivate the serial number from the old one, just remove the application. Once you have installed Coda in the new one then enter your serial number.

Can confirm this. Just installed Coda on my new MacBook. Just enter your serial and everythings’s fine.

It actually turned out that there’s nothing keeping you from installing it on multiple computers. I activated the license on the second computer without uninstalling it from my old computer. I guess that’s basically what Philipp said, but that’s good to know that if you buy a license for yourself you can use it on more than one computer that you own.

Yes that makes sense. I think what you can’t do is sharing your license with friends though.
