If you uploaded the themeforest template using Filezilla, first you need to extract the zip files before you upload. If you upload directly in your dashboard then you can upload the zip file without extract the files… WordPress will automatic extract the zip files.

Remember to upload it in the right location.

/wp-content/themes/FOLDER YOU GOT FROM EXTRACTION
