I purchased several plugins in my account to build a Wordpress website for a client. I am now handing off the website to the website owner to do the maintenance and I will no longer be involved. I would like for the website owner to be able to get the notifications and download the updates. One of the plugins never updates through Wordpress and I always have to download through Envato and then upload files via FTP. Is this possible to transfer ownership of a plugin in my account to the actual owner?

You can share the purchase code to your client (as like you have done your client website as a freelancer). So that they can use it as a license code. but original purchaser account holder will be the owner of the license, original purchaser can’t transfer ownership of the purchased license to new owner.
