Dear Envato Support Team,
One of my clients has a ThemeForest-purchased theme installed and activated on his website. The purchase code is correctly entered in the theme settings. However, the theme does not receive updates directly and requires the Envato Market plugin for updates.
To use the Envato Market plugin, my client would need an API token from the original developer who purchased the theme on his behalf. Unfortunately, this developer is no longer reachable and has not responded to any emails.
How can we proceed in this case? Is it possible to transfer the purchase code to a new ThemeForest account?
