transfer of license to another domain

Currently, my license is tagged to one domain but now i want to remove and tag it to another domain. How do i do so?

One license = one website ( end-product ) If you change the domain, you will need to purchase a new copy, you can’t use it for the new project. Still, you can contact the item author, they may help you on this time but keep the expectations lower, they have rights to ask you to purchase a new copy.
