Transaction still not processed

Hi there, My transaction still not processed and today is the end date of current month and am seeing my money on my account? Anyone else have the same issue or should I be concerned?

Aha! Thanks for the note, but I am curious why still not processed because the transaction always processed at 6 PM where am living and now it’s 9:03 PM that’s why am asking, Did your transaction has been processed or not yet?

My main account has been processed already, my second account (for Motion Graphics) is still waiting. So I’d say be patient, if it hasn’t processed until tomorrow you can contact support.

Hi,

I think you should receive an email with mentioning your account balance activity as like:

  1. If amount is sufficient to transfer:
    Envato Market payout calculated
  2. If amount is not sufficient to transfer:
    Your payout was rejected

So, Please check have you received any such type email. Please don’t worry in either case because you can see balance in your account.
