I need a mentor to guide me to get an approved track.
It’s really hard to nail down one thing with this track… there are just a lot of things that need improvement.
Composition - It doesn’t really go anywhere, no real sense of melody, weird harmonic/rhythmic structure in places.
Mixing/Production - It’s quite cloudy and a lot of freqs clashing, the final mastering needs to be much louder and clearer without being too harsh.
(There is also no ending to this piece which definitely won’t work!)

I’d scrap this one, pick out some recently accepted tracks you really like, and use them as a guide for both composition and production. Don’t “copycat” them but it’s ok to use their structure/arrangement as a framework for your own.
