Top header menu color change

In Academia - Responsive Education Theme i want to change the header menu color to dark grey.Now the color is black.My link is http://velarts.veltechmultitech.com/ and also i want change the height of the inner page header.

goto Theme options->Custom CSS & Script and put this:

.navbar-default {
background-color: #A9A9A9;
}

thank you for your support .Now i changed it.

i want change the height of the inner page header and also reduce the size of the page header title.
