token is not being generated

I am unable to login through website backend, i am not able to generate token while importing it to wordpress website.

Hi

If you have purchased item from envato market then You can generate Envato API personal token here . It may prompt you to sign into your Envato market account.

If you download item from envato elements then you don’t need personal token to use the item. Just you will need to register the item for your project.

Hi.
I generated the token then try to import a template through wordpress website. It says token is invalid. I have purchased the envato subscription. Still it’s not working can you please look into it.

Hi

Personal token will not work for envato elements item. token will work for your envato market purchased item(s). Personal token used for purchased validation. from Elements you have downloaded item not purchased.
