Hi,

Can anyone tell me how the ticksy pricing works?

For example: 1-3 support agents -> $15/month. If I have 2 support agents I will pay $30/month (per agent) or $15/month.

there claerly mentioned 1-3 support agents -> $15/month. So, upto 3 support agents price is same $15/month.
