I am trying to submit a ticket for the Villoz template that I purchased. The first time I attempted it I had to extend my support which had expired. Then I tried again and I had to enter a purchase code. I downloaded the license and purchase code and entered it into the field. I got the error “Sorry that purchase code is for a different Envato product”. I specifically entered the correct product and the correct purchase code.
