Thrive not working well in wordpress

I made a lot of changes today to a web ‘Thrive’ theme today and NOTHING changes on the site, any clues? FYI, Im a rookie but these changes show when I go into edit but do not show up on site.

Did you clear your cache? You can also use incognito mode to see the latest changes
