I try to install the script I purchase from envato but there is some errors while connection to the db. So I try more than once after changing details of the db but the script gives me this message : This license has been exceeded max allowed use count. "

I don’t know what to do now ?

how to reset this license or fix this error. also I don’t know how to start a claim on this issue here.
