Maybe the author of the item is preparing an update for the item and until the update will be ready the item is temporarily unavailable. Hope the item will be listed again in the marketplace soon. In the meantime, you can ask about it directly to the author of the item by contacting them through their profile page on the market. If you purchased the item recently and the author does not respond to you within 3 business days then you can ask for a refund, link provided by @123Simples in the above reply.
